Section 9

The Minister may from time to time give a governor of any member of a board of governors appointed under section 66(2), or a head teacher or principal, of an educational institution, directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or any regulations made thereunder, in relation to any matter in respect of which regulations may be made under this Act, and the governor, member, head teacher or principal shall give effect to every such direction.
