Section 6
(1)
There shall be a Director of Schools’ Inspectorate who shall be appointed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan.
(2)
The Minister shall appoint such other Inspectors of Schools as may be considered necessary for the purposes of this Act and all such
Inspectors shall be subject to the direction and control of the Director of
Schools’ Inspectorate.
