Section 11
(1)
The members of the Council shall comprise of —
(a)
the Minister of Education, who shall be the chairman;
(b)
the Minister of Religious Affairs;
(c)
the Minister of Industry and Primary Resources;
(d)
the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports;
(e)
the Minister of Finance II;
(f)
the Deputy Minister of Education;
(g)
the chairman of the Brunei Economic Development Board;
and
(h)
7 other members to be nominated by the Minister and appointed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan.
(2)
The Permanent Secretary shall be the secretary of the Council.
