Section 14
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and
Yang Di-Pertuan, make regulations for giving effect to and carrying out the provisions of this Part, and without prejudice to the generality of such power, the regulations may provide for —
(a)
the conditions of office of members;
(b)
procedural matters in relation to the Council’s meetings and its functions;
(c)
the appointment of committees and sub-committees of the
Council; and
(d)
such other matters that the Minister considers necessary for the proper functioning of the Council.
