Section 16
(1)
The National Education Policy shall be based upon the nation’s philopsophy of a Malay Islamic Monarchy.
(2)
Subject to any requirements of the National Education Policy, the
Minister shall ensure that a child of school-going age is given the opportunity to attend primary and secondary school and complete the course of study provided therein.
