Section 45
(1)
Where the chief executive —
(a)
has acted or intends to act in an unreasonable manner with respect to the exercise of his powers or in the discharge of his duties;
or
(b)
has failed to discharge his duties provided in section 43(4), the Registrar General may, having given him the opportunity to make representations —
(i)
give the chief executive directions in writing; or
(ii)
cancel his registration as a chief executive.
(2)
Where the chief executive is aggrieved by any decision of the
Registrar General under subsection (1), he may within 21 days appeal to the
Minister whose decision shall be final.
