Section 44
(1)
The chief executive shall be responsible for the discipline and behaviour of the pupils in a higher educational institution.
(2)
In the discharge of his duties under subsection (1), the chief executive shall comply with and carry out any directions issued from time to time by the Registrar General in relation to the discipline and behaviour of the pupils within that higher educational institute.
