Section 27
(1)
The Minister may provide post-secondary education in —
(a)
colleges; and
(b)
such other educational institution as the Minister may determine.
(2)
Where post-secondary education is to be provided under subsection (1), the Minister may establish and maintain such institutions under the provisions of this Act.
