Section 26
(1)
It shall be the duty of the Minister to provide secondary education in the following government secondary schools —
(a)
academic secondary schools;
(b)
secondary schools of such other description as the Minister may determine.
(2)
The Minister may establish and maintain any such schools as described in subsection (1) subject to the provisions of this Act.
