Section 33

Where a document is required under this Act to be served on a person who cannot be found, or who is outside Brunei Darussalam and cannot be compelled to attend before a court in respect of proceedings under this Act, the court may dispense with service of the document and the proceedings may be continued to their final conclusion in his absence.
