Section 36

When any person has been charged before a court with an offence under this Act or any regulation made thereunder, no further proceedings in respect thereof shall be taken against him without the consent in writing of the Public

Prosecutor or a Deputy Public Prosecutor, except such as the court may think necessary by remand, whether in custody or otherwise, to secure his due appearance.
