Article 28

Sanctity shall attach to the person of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang

Di-Pertuan and to such of the palaces and lands of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan as the Privy Council, acting on behalf of and in the name of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, may, by notification signified in the Gazette under the hand of the Clerk to the Privy Council, declare to be palaces or lands to which this section applies.
