A person shall cease to hold the title and rank of Kepala Wazir or

Wazir, as the case may be, on attaining the age of 70 years or such later time as His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may determine and in such event the person shall receive such compassionate allowance as may be granted under section 30.
