Article 31
It shall be lawful for His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan to, by Proclamation published in the Gazette, add to, amend or revoke all or any of the provisions of this Proclamation, including this section, and this
Proclamation shall not otherwise be added to, amended or revoked.
