Article 27
Without prejudice to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan’s prerogatives as the fountain of all honour and dignities of Brunei
Darussalam, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may, acting with due regard to the custom of Brunei Darussalam, provide by Court or Palace
Circulars, or as he may deem appropriate for —
(a)
the appointment of Court and Palace Officers;
(b)
the discharge of Court and Palace Ceremonial and observance; and
(c)
the manner in which Court and Palace Officers, and those responsible for Court and Palace Ceremonial and observance shall discharge their duties.
