Article 26
(1)
Without prejudice to subsection (2), all the following, as now existing and recognised, are hereby adopted in perpetuity —
(a)
the Emblem, Arms, Flag and Regalia of Brunei
Darussalam;
(b)
the Insignia of Royalty and His Majesty the Sultan and
Yang Di-Pertuan’s Standard; and
(c)
the Standards and Flags of the Wazirs, Cheterias and
Menteris.
(2)
It shall be lawful for His Majesty the Sultan and Yang
Di-Pertuan, after consultation with the Privy Council, to alter in any respect he may deem fit, or to rescind with or without such substitution as he may deem fit, all or any of the matters and things adopted by subsection (1).
