Nationality of aircraft

Section 8
(1)
Aircraft registered in the register of Brunei Darussalam aircraft shall have
Brunei
Darussalam nationality.
While bearing
Brunei Darussalam nationality, an aircraft shall not be eligible for registration in another country or territory.
(2)
Aircraft on the register of another country or territory may not be simultaneously registered in Brunei Darussalam.
