Section 9

Any citizen may register an aircraft in the register of

Brunei Darussalam aircraft, subject to regulations.

The Director has the power to issue, suspend, refuse or terminate the registration of an aircraft in Brunei Darussalam and shall determine the standards and procedures for the registration of such an aircraft, including rules on marking and painting Brunei Darussalam’s symbols of nationality and marks of registration.

All powers of the Director in regard to the issue, suspension, refusal or termination of registration, as well as any other power conferred by this Act, shall be executed expediently.
