Department of Civil Aviation

Section 5
(1)
There shall be for the purposes of this Act a department of the
Government called the Department of Civil Aviation, which shall be charged with the administration of this Act and with such other functions as may be conferred on it.
(2)
The Department shall be headed by the Director.
