Section 65
The Minister may, upon the recommendation of the Director and by notification published in the Gazette, exempt any place of safety from all or any of the provisions of these Regulations, if he is satisfied that having regard to any special circumstances it is desirable to do so, for such time and on such conditions as the Minister may specify in the notification.
