Section 60
The Warden shall be responsible for the immediate recording of any punishment in the punishment book kept under regulation 45(i} and shall enter therein such particulars as may be required by the Director.
(2)
The punishment book shall be examined by the Board at each meeting and shall be signed by the chairman of the Board or the member presiding at that meeting.
(3)
The punishment book shall be available for inspection at all times by the Director or his representative.
No resident to punish another resident.
