Section 62
(1)
No corporal punishment shall be administered by any member of the staff.
(2)
Any member of the staff committing a breach of sub-regulation {1) shall be liable to disciplinary action.

In sub-regulation

"corporal punishment" includes striking, punching, slapping, cuffing, shaking or any other form of physical violence.
