Section 44
The Warden may suspend any privilege conferred on a resident by these
Regulations if he is satisfied that it interferes or is likely to interfere with the discipline of the place of safety.
(2)
Any suspension of privileges under sub-regulation Ill shall be recorded in the resident's personal case file and in a register kept for that purpose.
