Section 28
(1)
A broadcasting licensee shall, within such time as may be specified in the broadcasting licence, broadcast in such a manner as to enable broadcasting services to be received to the satisfaction of the Minister throughout Brunei Darussalam or within such areas thereof as he may specify therein.
(2)
The Minister may in writing direct a free-to-air licensee to publish, in such manner as he may require, the commencement dates for broadcasting the services and the areas of Brunei Darussalam within which they may be received satisfactorily.
