Section 26

The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and

Yang Di-Pertuan, in writing assign to any person specific frequencies in the electromagnetic spectrum and satellite orbits for the purpose of broadcasting, having regard to the international allocation plans set by the International

TelecommunicationUnion and to national requirements.

Separate licence for use of frequency not required.
