Section 27
Notwithstanding anything in the Telecommunications Act (Chapter
54) or any regulations made thereunder, if a licensee is granted a broadcasting licence under this Act and the licence includes the right for the licensee to use a specific frequency in the electromagnetic spectrum or satellite orbits for the broadcasting or transmission of one or more broadcasting services, then the licensee shall not be required to obtain any other licence under this Act or the TelecommunicationsAct (Chapter 54) in respect of the use of such frequency or satellite orbits for the period for
