Section 16
(1)
Every broadcasting licensee shall comply with the Codes of
Practice.
(2)
No broadcasting licensee shall allow to be transmitted a broadcasting service other than in accordance with any broadcast standards specified in any regulations or Code of Practice or any condition which may be incorporated in his broadcasting licence.
