Section 15
Suspension or cancellation of broadcasting licence etc.
(1)
If the Minister is satisfied that -

(a)
a broadcasting licensee is contravening, or has contravened, any of the conditions of his licence, any Code of Practice, any of the provisions of this Act or there gulations or any direction issued by the
Minister to, or applicable to, the licensee;
(b)
a broadcasting licensee has gone into compulsory or voluntary liquidation other than for the purpose of amalgamation or reconstruction;
(c)
a broadcasting licensee has made an assignment to, or composition with, his creditors; or
(d)
the public interest or the interest of public security so reqUIres, he may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by notice in writing and without any compensation, do either or both of the following-
(i)
cancel the licence or suspend it for such period as he thinks fit and, in the case of a class licensee, cancel or suspend the application of the class licence in respect of the licensee for such period as he thinks fit;
(ii)
require the payment of a penalty of such amount as he thinks fit.
(2)
Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Minister under this section may, within 14 days of the receipt of the notice referred to in subsection (1), appeal to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan in
Council, whose decision shall be finaL
