Section 17
(1)
A free-to-air licensee shall provide broadcasting services in such languages as may be specified in his licence.
(2)
A free-to-air broadcasting service shall be broadcast for not less than such number of hours during each day as may be specified in the licence.
Submission of broadcasting material to Minister.
