Section 51
(1)
No person shall use or permit any premises to be used as a quarantine station for animals unless such premises have been established or designated by the Director as a quarantine station under section 50(1).
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year.
