Section 54
Any person who without lawful authority alters any licence or permit issued under this Act or any regulations made thereunder or knowingly makes use of any licence or permit so altered is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or both.
