Licence to possess or innoculate veterinary biologics

Section 48
(1)
No person other than an authorised officer shall —
(a)
have in his possession any veterinary biologics; or
(b)
innoculate any animal with any veterinary biologics, except under, and in accordance with the conditions of, a licence issued by the Director.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or both.
