Section 47
(1)
No person shall use or permit any premises to be used as a veterinary centre except under, and in accordance with the conditions of, a licence issued by the Director.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or both.
