Section 26

Any person who obstructs, hinders or impedes the Director, an authorised officer, authorised examiner, police officer, officer of customs or any other person acting under the direction of the Director, in the performance or execution of his duty or anything which he is authorised, empowered or required to do under this

Order or any regulations made thereunder is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or both.

Altering licence, permit or certificate.
