Section 28

Any person who, being required under this Order or any regulations made thereunder, to make or furnish any declaration, statement, representation or information or to produce any licence, permit or certificate or who, for the purpose of obtaining any licence, permit or certificate under this Order -

makes or furnishes any declaration, statement, representation or information which is false in a material particular; or
