Section 23
(1)
The Registrar shall insert in the register any change which may come to his knowledge in the name, address or other particulars of any registered veterinary surgeon.
(2)
Where the Council is satisfied that any person whose name appears in the register has died or is not longer residing in Brunei Darussalam, it may direct the Registrar to remove the name from the register.
