Section 22
(1)
The Registrar shall publish in the Gazette, as soon as practicable after 1st.
January of each year and on such other occasions as he may consider necessary, a list containing the names, addresses, qualifications, dates of qualifications and dates of registration of all registered veterinary surgeons to whom certificates have been issued for that year.
(2)
In any proceedings –
(a)
the publication of a list under subsection (1) shall be prima facie evidence of the particulars contained therein;
(b)
a certificate under the hand of the Registrar of the particulars appearing in respect of any person shall be prima facie evidence of such particulars;
(c)
the absence of the name of any person from a list under subsection (1)
shall be prima facie evidence that such person has not been issued with a certificate.
