Nothing in this Act shall operate to relieve any person found committing on any property belonging to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan any of the offences defined in sections 443, 444, 445 and 446 of the Penal

Code (Chapter 22) of any penalty to which he may be liable under sections 448A, 449, 450, 451, 452, 453, 453A, 454, 455, 456, 456A, 457, 458, 459

and 460 of the Penal Code (Chapter 22).
