Opening note
Citation
This Act may be cited as the Trespass on Royal Property Act.
Interpretation
In this Act, “criminal trespass” has the meaning assigned to it by section 441 of the Penal Code (Chapter 22).
Trespass on Royal property
Whoever commits criminal trespass by entering upon any property belonging to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan is guilty of an offence and imprisonment for a term of not less than 2 years and not more than 7 years and with whipping with not less than 2 strokes.

Saving as to other offences
Nothing in this Act shall operate to relieve any person found committing on any property belonging to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan any of the offences defined in sections 443, 444, 445 and 446 of the Penal
Code (Chapter 22) of any penalty to which he may be liable under sections 448A, 449, 450, 451, 452, 453, 453A, 454, 455, 456, 456A, 457, 458, 459
and 460 of the Penal Code (Chapter 22).
