Section 3

Whoever commits criminal trespass by entering upon any property belonging to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan is guilty of an offence and imprisonment for a term of not less than 2 years and not more than 7 years and with whipping with not less than 2 strokes.
