Section 16
(1)
The Registrar shall issue to any town planner whose application for registration has been approved by the Board, a certificate of registration in a form approved by the Board upon payment of the prescribed fee.
(2)
The certificate shall -
(a)
expire on the 31st December of the year in which it was issued; and
(b)
be renewable annually upon payment of the prescribed fee.
