Section 15
(1)
Any person eligible for registration under this Order may apply to the
Board for registration.

Every application made to the Board shall be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of a prescribed amount which shall be paid in the manner specified by the Board and in such form and manner as the Board may determine.
Issue of certificates of registration.
