Section 14
Subject to this Order 1 the following persons are eligible to be registered -
(a} any person employed as a town planner at the date of commencement of this Order;
(b)
any person who is a member of Royal Town Planning Institute of the United Kingdom or any other internationally recognised professional body regulating town planning or who is a holder of such other qualification as the Minister may declare by notification in the Gazette to be an approved qualification for the purposes of this section, who has complied with such conditions as the Board may determine.
