Any person carrying on a trade or business which consists of or includes the manufacture, distribution, importation or sale of any tobacco or imitation tobacco product shall 1002

{aJ supply free of charge to the Director-General, any police officer or an authorised officer samples of any tobacco product or any imitation tobacco product as the Director-General, police officer or authorised officer may require for the purpose of testing, analysis or investigation; and

{bJ furnish to the Director-General, police officer or authorised officer such information as the Director-General, police officer or authorised officer may require in respect of those products.

Any person involved or concerned with the importation, distribution, sale or supply of any newspaper which is printed or published outside Brunei

Darussalam shall furnish to the Director-General, a police officer or an authorised officer such information as the Director-General, or that police officer or authorised officer may require in respect of such newspaper.
