Section 23
(1)
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang
Di-Pertuan, by notification published in the Gazette, appoint any person to be an authorised officer for the purposes of this Order.
(2)
In the exercise of his powers and in carrying out his duties under this
Order, an authorised officer shall comply with such directions as may be given to him by the Director-General.
