Section 63
The Authority may grant a Special Purpose Apparatus licence for the installation and operation of any special purpose radio-communication equipment.

For the purposes of sub-regulation ( 1), "special purpose radio-communication equipment" means an equipment not otherwise defined in these Regulations that is established exclusively for such purpose and on such conditions as the Authority may specify.
