Section 60
(1)
The radio frequencies allocated to any localised radio-communication equipment may be shared by other users and the Authqrity shall not be responsible or liable for any interference arising from such use.
(2)
Licensees operating on shared radio frequencies shall accept any interference that may result from the legitimate operation of stations, including the operation of industrial, scientific and medical equipment, functioning in the industrial, scientific and medical band.
