Section 65
(1)
An apparatus (spectrum) licence and apparatus licence shall be valid for a period of one year.
(2)
An apparatus (spectrum) licence and apparatus licence comes into force on the day on which it is issued or such later day as is specified in the licence.
(3)
An apparatus (spectrum) licence and apparatus licence shall only be renewed on payment of the fees determined by the Authority which shall be paid in not less than 60 days before the expiry of the licence.
