Submission of qisns sentence for hurt

In the case of hurt punishable with qisas, if His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan becomes wali, the Chief Syar'ie Judge shall transmit to

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan a report regarding the conviction and qisas sentence and His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may pardon qisas with arsy or compound qisas with badal-al-sulh.

Direction by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan shall not be called in question
