Section 152

No Syariah Court shall, having once recorded its judgment, alter or review the same unless there is a clerical error which may be rectified at any time before the Syariah Court ends the trial.

Judgment to be explained and copy supplied 153.

The judgment shall be translated or explained to the accused in a language which he understands and on his application a copy of the judgment or. when he so desires, a translation in his own language. if practicable, shall be given to him without delay. Such copy shall, in any case other than a summons case. be given free of cost.
